Students of NEFU and Korea have developed the project of sorting plant and Sakha-Korean Hotel

On July 10, Sakha-Korean Youth Forum «Bridge to the Future» ended. Students of the federal university and Hankuk ​​University of Foreign Studies have developed and defended business projects. The best project was idea to create chimchilban - Korean saunas.

Within 10 days, the students acquainted with the culture of Yakutia and the Republic of Korea, visited thematic lectures of NEFU teachers and Kim Bong Chol, professor of Hankuk University. "The Forum contributes to intercultural dialogue, exchange of experience between students and universities. According to professor Kim Bong Chol, this year organization of the forum became better", said Naina Ksenofontova, the director of NEFU Institute of the East. The forum was attended by 12 students from Korea and 16 NEFU students.

On the final day, five teams presented their business projects in the field of economy, trading and tourism. The forum participants suggested project of the sorting plant construction in Yakutsk, medical travel company, Sakha-Korean Hotel chain, ice city in Yakutsk and Korean saunas. The team presented the draft Korean saunas, was the winner. "The evaluation took into account not only novelty, relevance of projects, their importance for the economy, but also the efforts made by the team for the whole forum", said Vladlen Kugunurov, Head of NEFU International Relations Office.
