Recently, NEFU Endowment Fund presented a video report on the activities for the past year. For 2013, endowment received income from the trust management of about six million rubles.

In the video report, scholars of the Fund thank North-Eastern Federal University for the opportunity to study in various parts of the world. Thus, students and NEFU alumni study in countries such as France, China, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Canada and other countries.

Kyunney Samsonova, NEFU graduate, master student of Versailles-Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines University of France, expressed appreciation for the support: "Last year, after the graduation, I decided to continue my education and entered the Master’s program of French university. Now with the help of the Endowment Fund, I am a student in France. I am grateful to the University for their support and the opportunity to get a rare knowledge that will help me in the future to become an in-demand expert".

It is noteworthy that the Endowment Fund received income from the trust management of about six million rubles in 2013. By decision of the university management, the first income of the fund was spent to support young scientists and research works. "I thank all those who have financed the Endowment Fund of the University, because such assistance is essential and helps us, young scientists", Maria Khandy said, scholar of NEFU Endowment Fund, Ph.D. candidate of Biological Faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University.
