Moderator of the project is scientific laboratory technology polymer nanocomposites of Institute of Natural Sciences of NEFU . The total amount of the contract is 5.9 million rubles. Developers report that the project will be implemented until December 2015.

During this time the university must develop an educational program in the format of e-learning course for teaching in remote mode and spend his approbation. "The peculiarity of the project is that its implementation will be the result of the interaction of an integrated university, science and industry in which the laboratory staff are the main developers of the educational program, - says head of the laboratory, Ph.D. Sardana Sleptcova. - A production site, which will be conducted, and the pilot implementation of the educational program designed to be "Ural plant RTP" - one of the largest companies in the industry. The target audience is the engineering staff of the enterprise. "

As co-implementers in the development, laboratory staff engage russian scientists from Kazan State Technological University, Vyatka State University, Institute of Oil and Gas Problems SB RAS, Institute of Synthetic Rubber. In addition, to meet the conditions of the competition reached agreement on the internship program developers in leading scientific and industrial institutions of People's Republic of China. After completion of the project individual modules of the program will be replicated to other chemical and petrochemical industry, works and services which are related to nanotechnology, according to the position of the project.
