According to the observations of experts of the Forum of Donors is currently not all endowment-funds publicly highlight their activities and report on the expenditure of funds received. The action is allowed to reveal the funds that are open activity that can simply and openly speak about their work and its results. This indicates that they are interested in a report to their donors.

Work of funds is estimated by several criteria: managers provided official statements, public report in the form of creative, participated in the survey of the Forum of Donors on results of activity in 2013. The action was attended by 27 endowment-funds of the Russian Federation - all of them marked with sign "Transparent target capital."

Recall that in 2014, the endowment of the North-Eastern Federal University totaled 146 million rubles.
