NEFU students and teacher staff discussed problems of learning French
Francine Aubry, the president of Humanitarian Association “Objectif monde” (France) visited the federal university this week. She held a number of lectures with the teachers of French and students of NEFU Institute of Foreign Philology and Regional Studies.
"In my lectures with the teachers I touched on the issues of learning the French language in Yakutia, told that the teaching of the French language was proceeded. The meeting took place in the form of a conversation, and teachers made offers and raised various questions", Francine Aubry said
She lectured on Country Studies at the meeting with IFPRS students, talking about the practice of the French language.
This year, Francine Aubry brought a gift to Yakutia - exhibition of her photos «La rencontre ... Meeting ... Bilsiһii ..." and memory photo album of Natalia Poselskaya, the founder of the Yakut Choreographic College. The exhibition was held on November 25 at 16.00 in the Yakut Choreographic College named after Aksinya and Natalia Poselskyas.
Events were held within the frameworks of NEFU cultural and educational project "Heat of cold» («Chaleur du froid») with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Spiritual Development of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

Francine Aubry is a musician, photographer, artist and writer. Cooperates with NEFU since 2002. Two of her fairytales, written in French, have been translated into the Russian and Yakut languages and published by the publishing house "Bichik" in 2006.
