Snowboard instructors of “Snowboarding of NEFU” club to train students

In the spring season of winter sports, volunteers and instructors of “Snowboarding of NEFU” club will train NEFU students and other educational institutions for snowboarding at a reduced price, according to NEFU Sport club.

You will get an equipment and instructors will conduct courses for RUR 250 a day. "The organization of courses was supported by the Federation of Snowboarding and Skiing of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and the University Sports Club. We want to attract students to a healthy lifestyle, to popularize winter sports. They will be trained by certified instructors and students of NEFU Institute of Physical Culture and Sports", Nikolay Ivanov, the head of “Snowboarding of NEFU” club, said.

The club was established in 2013. This year volunteers of snowboarding will participate at the Games of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in Winter Sports, which will be held in March. According to the head of the club, snowboard develops endurance, agility, coordination of movements.

Training will take place at the ski lodge "Freestyle" on Khatyn-Yuryakhskoe shosse: 21, Podgornaya Street, Yakutsk. You should get to the place of training by yourself. The base is equipped with a lift and a snowboard park. Grade book is required for training at a reduced price for students.
