On November 3, the quest game "100 Years of the Revolution" for foreign students was held at the Faculty of Philology of North-Eastern Federal University. The game is organized to familiarize students with the historical events of 1917.

The quest game consisted of five stations - each acquainted with literature, cinematography and culture, which reflected the events of the October Revolution. The event was attended by 20 students from China, Japan and Tajikistan. "Such events help to create interest in the study of the Russian language and literature. The guys passed all stages of the event, the station "Revolution and Literature" attracted the most interest. The participants of the game were impressed by the march rhythm of Vladimir Mayakovsky's verse", said Dmitry Zhirkov, a senior lecturer at NEFU FP.

According to Diana Shamsutdinova, a student of NEFU Faculty of Philology, the event helped to show foreign students how the 1917 revolution was reflected in history, literature and cinema. "We, the 21st century generation, were very interested to participate in this event, as it helped to learn and understand the events of those times", the student noted.
