Students of North-Eastern Federal University can receive a master's degree at any UK university and any specialty under the Chevening Scholarship Program. There is a call for applications for the 2018-19 academic year, according to the International Relations Office of the university.

Chevening Scholarship is a global UK government scholarship program funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and partner organizations. It pays all the cost of tuition, accommodation, including meals and flights. "This is one of the most prestigious scholarships in the world, allowing students from more than 160 countries to study in a master's degree in the UK. Mostly the scholarship is given for one year and one of the conditions of the program is the compulsory return of the participant to Russia for at least two years", said Vice Rector for International Cooperation Vladlen Kugunurov.

Students can submit documents to three universities, according to experts of NEFU International Relations Office. "You need to choose three universities, in which you want to enter. In the future, they can not be changed. Therefore, it is necessary to determine what educational programs are in the university. Thus, the student prepares four sets of documents: three to the universities, and one - to the scholarship program", the experts explained.

The Future Leaders Program provides students with the opportunity to become a part of an international network of professionals, as well as to establish social, cultural, academic and commercial ties with the UK.
