В рамках конференции с 23 мая по 3 июня 2016 г. на базе СВФУ пройдут мастер-классы профессоров Mark Baker (Rutgers University, USA), Brigitte Pakendorf (Max Plank Institute, Germany), Phillipe Martin (Paris, France).

M.K. Ammosov North-Eastern Federal University is pleased to announce the

INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON ALTAIC STUDIES

“ALTAIC LANGUAGES – 2016”

to be held in Yakutsk, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), May 27, 2016

    

The main lines of work of the Conference:

- Theoretical problems of modern linguistics

- Comparative and historical linguistics

- Typological and comparative linguistics

- Phonology

- Functional Grammar

- Cognitive Linguistics

- Translation studies

- Cultural Linguistics

- Problems of Language education

 

The working language is English.

 

Throughout the conference from 23 May through 3 June 2016 on the basis of NEFU professors Mark Baker (Rutgers University, USA), Brigitte Pakendorf (Max Plank Institute, Germany), Phillipe Martin (Paris, France) will give master - classes.

Rules for abstracts

 

1. The document must be made in MS Word format (doc). The file name should reflect the name and surname of the first author. For example: Ivanov Ivan.doc

2. The font is Times New Roman, size 12 and line spacing 1. Margins: top and bottom - 20 mm, left - and right - 20 mm, indent 5 mm, portrait orientation, hyphenation, number of references to the literature and the page in square brackets: [1, 15].

3. Figures and graphics should have a clear picture and be designed in black and white.

4. Article shall contain the following output information:

• title of the article (the first line, symmetrically in the center);

• on the next line symmetrically in the center - the surname, name and patronymic of the author;

• on the next line symmetrically in the center - the full name of the place of work, position, academic degree, academic title (if any);

• text of the article (full justification);

• a list of references in alphabetical order (see. Appendix 3)

5. The total volume of articles - from 7 to 15 typewritten pages (A4 sheets), including output data and a list of references.

6. Articles must be carefully edited according to the rules of the English language.

 

Making a list of references

Used work should be listed at the end of the text under the heading "References". Link only works that directly cited in the articles. All read on and just important scientific articles and books are not necessary to list in the theses.

Titles should be made strictly according to sample (article by one author, two authors, textbook, collection of works, an article in electric form, internet sites, etc..):
