北极地区发展导致对合格专业人才的需求增加

北极地区发展导致对合格专业人才的需求增加，因此，东北联邦大学引进适应俄罗斯北极地区发展的新教育方向。

在我校历史学院，金融经济学院将引进北极地区发展方向的专业。另外，在我校开设了北极创新中心，形成了24种应用生产科学成果的小型创新企业。
