On October 15 NEFU faculty of philology will carry out a lecturing marathon "Living Lermontov". The leading teachers-philologists will tell students about life and works of the great poet.

"The purpose of the project is promoting of the Russian classical literature. Influence on spirituality, the culture rendered by Lermontov can't be estimated through a prism of perception of one person. Tragic leaving of such giant was reflected in all history of the Russian literature", – the associate professor of the Russian and foreign literature of faculty of philology Oksana Sizykh tells.

"The perception of creativity of Lermontov in the best traditions of secondary education is available to each citizen of Russia because of an obligatory course of the school program that is the unconditional benefit at a stage of formation of younger generation", – the teacher continues. Oksana Sizykh notes that studying of creativity of Mikhail Lermontov gives awareness of versatility of the Russian literature.

"Subjects are selected for lectures in such a way that "giving" of an image of the poet goes through patrimonial roots, the philosophical concept of works and a personal prism of perception of creativity of Lermontov by the lecturer when the position of the professional who is going in for history the Russian literature" Oksana Sizykh speaks. Lectures will take place at 2pm in 113 audiences of the Main educational case (professor Mira Mishlimovich), at 2pm in the assembly hall of Medical clinic (associate professor Oksana Sizykh), at 14:00 in the assembly hall of the SVFU Teacher training college (associate professor Olga Dedyukhina) and etc.

On October 30 will pass the evening devoted to Mikhail Lermontov on whom the results of interactive literary competition within the Reading University program will be summed up. Students will hold a flashmob "And the star with a star speaks …" on which will read verses of the poet
