    Currently, the department is preparing teachers of biology , chemistry and geography for schools of Sakha (Yakutia ) . Specialties biology, chemistry and geography at the Department continues training in additional qualification " Teacher ."
     At 2006, a new specialty " 032400 - Biology with additional specialty 032300 - Chemistry " , providing targeted training students to work in a modern rural schools .
Since 2011, there are new Bachelor programs 050100.62 - Teacher education with profiles: " Biology and Chemistry " , " Geography and ecology "," Geography and history "," Chemistry ".

     Also, department has Master program 050100.68 - Teacher education ( Priorities in science education ).
